Harmony Timberworks makes its own home in the town of Boone, in Watauga County, in the heart of the stunning Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. Boone is also home to Appalachian State University, from which some interns have found their way to Harmony Timberworks, with some becoming full time members of our staff. Boone is situated at the highest elevation of any town its size east of the Mississippi, and offers a four season recreation for families and adventurers alike. We are just miles away from Grandfather Mountain and three local ski areas, and a myriad of hiking trails, rivers and streams for fishing, exploration or relaxing.
Boone prides itself on a strong sense of community, and Harmony Timberworks nurtures that sense of community in all we do, from our workplace ethic to our commitment to designing and building beautiful homes for whichever community you call home.
