Fasteners For Timber Frame Construction
Our pegs are manufactured specifically for traditional joinery. Pegs are Red Oak with other species available on special orders, and are 1/64" oversized for a snug fit. All have a chamfer on one end that helps get the peg started. Pegs should be stored in a cool, dry place as they can shrink or swell depending on the humidity in your area.

Draw Bore Draw Bore Pegs are shaped from 1" at the top, down to 9/16" at the point, with most of the taper over the last 3". All have a chamfer on one end that helps get the peg started. |
