Residential Timber System - Edinburg, VA
We recently delivered a timber system that we designed and manufactured for a residence in Edinburg, VA.
The project consists of a full frame, bent-style timber system, made from top quality Douglas Fir timbers and covered with select grade Spruce T&G roof decking. Both the timbers and the decking are finished with a natural penetrating oil, which imparts a warm glow in a variety of lighting conditions. With the help of our Hundegger CNC equipment, Harmony Timberworks was able to maintain tight quality control across the broad range of components required for this project, while at the same time offering excellent value to the customer due to the inherent efficiency of our manufacturing process.
SIPS panels will complete the roof and walls, providing the owner with a comfortable and energy efficient structure that will endure for generations to come. This home is a perfect example of how the timeless appeal of timber framing can mesh with modern building technology to offer true investment value to today's discerning home owner.
