We are often involved in the initial planning stages, working with the developer and architectural design team to create stylistic themes consistent with the overall look and feel for that specific property.

Usually, selected amenities are used to establish overall themes, with certain design elements featured in all structures. For instance, we may start with a gatehouse and clubhouse, and later add pavilions, equestrian centers, pool enclosures to name a few. Design elements from these structures are easily incorporated into townhouses, condominiums, and show homes. In many luxury developments, we have worked with the developer and their design team to establish selected home concepts that utilize preferred styles allowing for high-end-customization and affordability. And finally, after the homesite is established, we can work with your client to help make their dream home a reality.
